Location The Shahrak-e- Ekbatan is situated along Shahid Sattari highway and in an area surrounded by Tehran- Karaj highway from the north and Karaj road from the south.
The cultural-Recreational complex, as a jewel in the heart of Shahrak-e-Ekbatan is under construction by joint investment and technical contribution of both IRAN and MALAYSIA in an area of 190,000 square meters.
Approximately 500,000 people are residents around this complex, including the population of other surrounding Complexes.
Among other outstanding features of this complex is the easy traffic access to the northern highways of Tehran, adjacency with the West Bus Terminal, Mehrabad Airport and the longest subway line of Tehran from east to west.
The complex consists of an official building, hotel, apartment hotel, mega mall, restaurant, mosque, cultural center, gas station, car wash, and a garage.
The most important building in the complex, situated in the southern part, is called "Mega Mall".
